Honeycomb Photo Zone & Display Walls: Seoul Student Film Event Case Study

We recently completed a full set of honeycomb photo zones and display walls for a Seoul education office film event titled "Seoul Students, Connecting Hearts Through Film." Let's walk through what we actually made—straight from the production floor photos.
Blue Sky & Green Field Photo Zone
The main backdrop featured a bright blue sky printed with fluffy white clouds, and the phrase "Seoul Students, Connecting Hearts Through Film" in crisp white lettering. Below, a cheerful green grass field with small white flowers stretched across the bottom. A red carpet laid in front, with white triangle stands holding the panels upright. On one side, we added a decorative floral prop to complete the cheerful outdoor vibe.
We also produced freestanding 3D props: a film reel and clapperboard cutout on the left, and a cloud-shaped sign with the event title on the right. These honeycomb cutouts are surprisingly sturdy—they stand on their own and add real depth to the photo zone. Visitors posed between these elements, creating a layered, immersive scene.
Red Curtain Spotlight Backdrop
The second photo zone took a completely different mood. We printed a dramatic stage curtain in deep red with spotlights beaming down, all against a black background. The same event title appeared in white, and the bottom section showed a red carpet with velvet rope barriers—like a movie premiere entrance. White triangle stands anchored the panels, and we placed a tree-shaped honeycomb prop on the side to add another dimensional element.
Information Display Walls
Beyond photo zones, we produced honeycomb display panels for event information. These featured a beige background with the event title, cloud decorations, photos, graphs, and icons neatly arranged. The left side held logos and explanatory text, while the right displayed statistics and multiple images. These panels are perfect for educational exhibits or lobby displays—they're lightweight, stable, and print beautifully.
We even made a tree-shaped honeycomb sculpture: a brown trunk with beige branches, standing freely with a small green tree graphic printed on a base box.
